The Birth to 5 Matters non-statutory guidance was created by the sector, for the sector, to support practitioners with the implementation of the EYFS reforms. The Early Years Coalition of sector organisations which produced the guidance is now evaluating its reach and impact. Feedback from the sector was an important part of creating the guidance, and is equally important for us to find out whether you are using the guidance, what you think of it and what further support is needed.
